The wizard screen below is where you set the output properties:

Video Standard

In Settings - Video Settings field, Choose the TV standard in your country. If you are not sure about it, click Select by Country, then the country list appears:

Select your located country in the country drop-down list and press Ok, then the program will automatically choose the proper TV standard for you.
