The e-mail reporting feature in QuizCreator allows quiz designers to send quiz reports to specified contacts and quiz takers via e-mail.

When a quiz report created by QuizCreator is sent to a contact via email, he or she can see it in the inbox.

Part I . Send quiz reports to specified contacts (manually /automatically)

When you design a quiz, you can assign the email addresses of teachers or other contacts to receive the quiz reports.

1. Send quiz reports automatically

Enter the e-mail address in the e-mail field and then choose Send Automatically. You may enter more then one e-mail address and separate them with a comma such as “sales@wondershare.com, support@wondershare.com". When the quiz taker finishes the quiz and submits his/her final answers by clicking the submit button, the report is generated and sent to the e-mail address(es) which you have specified.

Note:

If you selected the send by e-mail automatically option, even if you enabled the e-mail icon within the player template, it will not be displayed.

2. Send quiz reports manually

In the e-mail field enter the e-mail address to which you want to send the report, then choose Send Manually.When the quiz is being taken, an E-mail icon will be displayed on the result page.



When you click the e-mail button, the quiz player will generate a quiz report and send it via e-mail using a program created on our official site. If you have not specified an e-mail address, when the quiz taker clicks the e-mail icon on the quiz player, the program will create a new mail with the quiz report as the content of that mail using the default e-mail software on each quiz taker's computer, and the quiz taker can manually enter an e-mail address to send the report.

This URL is the location of the php page used to send the test report e-mail. The default URL is the php in our official site. If you want to use another site's service you may change it accordingly.

Part II. Send quiz reports to quiz takers automatically

If you check "send test results to quiz taker's e-mail box" the quiz report will be sent to the quiz taker's e-mail box automatically. In this way, they can view their responses and correct answers by means of a report in their e-mail inboxes.
